Removal of Adversaries

From, Dragon Lady: The Life and Legend of the Last Empress of China, by Sterling Seagrave.

“Regicide is an art. The surgical removal of adversaries, generals, and emperors had been cultivated and refined for thousands of years. In his treatise on the subject in the fourth century B.C., the sage Sun Tzu revered subtlety and indirection in political murder above all, commending the elimination of an enemy without any hint of discord.”

I am familiar with Sun Tzu’s The Art of War, but did Sun Tzu write another text, specifically dealing with regicide? A quick search (thank you, Wikipedia) does not yield the name of any other texts written by the first Sun Tzu. His grandson, who had the same name, also wrote a book that has been given the title, The Art of War so there is some confusion.
